We're not striking. Our looks, yes; it has been well documented. But today, unlike those pinkos who run the trams and trains, we work. Work. Hear it! We've braved the frigid streets, crossed bridges, tramped avenues, and now we are delivered, friends, ensconced as ever on the top (that would be the executive) floor of One Gutter Place—a bold and proud product of engineering genius, casting shadows the way we cast aspersions, but, we regret to say it, not as bold and proud a tower as we require. No, no: we have needs not currently met by our architectural container, symbolic and functional, and it is that lack, Our Dearests, that you will soon be asked to correct. Soon, soon; the Guttersniper must be happy in his house.
