Behold: The Temple of Flynt! Tuesday, April 25, 2006
While our erstwhile colleagues were debasing themselves last night in a carnival of architectural pornography in honor of Danny Libeskind's Sacramento cockscraper, we, ourselves—our very selves!—opted for points north, a higher road. Larry Flynt's Hustler Club, NYC edition, opened its expanded West 51st Street quarters last night, and we were there, luxuriating beneath the Tuscan Doric portico on the very naughty roof deck, surely a stripeteria first. A shot of some chicks after the jump. But not as many as we'd like. Because bouncers are big.
