More news from the Nothing Going On In The Pit (Or Outside) Today Dept.: A plurality of New York State voters (41%) is not sure who is responsible for the delay in the construction of the World Trade Center Memorial, with another 13% saying all of the parties are to blame. [Only] Sixteen percent place the blame on Governor Pataki, 13% blame the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, 10% think the Memorial Foundation is to blame, and only 4% blame Mayor Bloomberg. More NYC voters place the blame on someone or something, putting a little more blame on the Governor (22%), but even in the city 29% say not sure, and the rest split the blame among the LMDC(15%), the Foundation(12%) and all of above (15%). City voters agree that the least blame goes to the Mayor (5%).
